Policies 

If you are unable to attend your appointment we kindly ask where possible to give us a minimum of 72 hours notice to enable us to fill the slot. We understand that sometimes advance notice isn't possible and things happen, so please do still notify us if you can no longer attend your appointment so we can fill the slot.  Simply not showing up means we can't ask anyone else to fill the space, and this can be detrimental to a small business. 

No show's will not be rebooked.

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may not be able to complete the full service, you will be offered an alternative service, or asked to make a new appointment.

We aim to be welcoming and judgement free, should you feel we need to know any about you in advance to help you feel more comfortable, we welcome your message. 

Should something not make you feel 100% comfortable in the salon, we welcome the discussion in a friendly and informative manner, we are always learning. Please know we always have good intentions but are happy to listen to constructive feedback.

Respect goes both ways, we always aim to treat our clients with the upmost respect and expect the same in return. We will not tolerate abuse or intimidation.

Currently our consultations are free, we kindly ask that where possible, you prebook and arrive on time to your consultations - dropping in at different times does effect other clients services and means we can't give you the time you may require. You may be asked to come back if you arrive at a different time or without a booked slot.

When you are booking an appointment that has required us to order you new hair, we ask for a 50% booking fee, this is non refundable but can be transferred to another date if you give us a minimum 72 hours notice.

We can not make changes to your order once the hair is ordered, please ensure you are 100% happy with everything discussed at your consultation before you pay the 50% as this is a non refundable payment,

Skin tests are required for all colour services, if you are a new client, we require a skin test at least 48 hours before colouring. Colour appointments will not be booked until this is complete.

All new hair orders require a consultation, this allows us to know how long your fitting appointment will be, we will not book a fitting appointment until we have seen you for your free consultation first, this is simply because we will not know how long the fitting appointment will need to be until we have confirmed all your requirements. This may be different to any previous fittings you have had elsewhere.

Should you ever not be totally satisfied with your hair, we are here to help, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment and we will work together to put things right. All complaints must be dealt with in person to allow us to rectify any issues raised. It is not our policy to refund but we are always happy to rectify any issues in a friendly and collaborative manner. (As per Consumer Rights Act 2015)
